the Muslim armies: ‘Who will take the Rayah of the Messenger of Allah and give it
its due right?’ Answer O officers... Answer us O People of Goodness: ‘Who will take
the Rayah of the Messenger of Allah and give it its due right?’
This is the call of the Blessed Land to you, this is the call of Al-Aqsa to you... And we
know that there are good and pious people amongst you who will not disappoint us.
This is the call of the Blessed Land... We remind you in it with the ‘Penultimate Call
of Hizb ut Tahrir to the Muslim Ummah in general and to the People of Power in
particular’ which was issued in the first Jum’ah of Ramadhan 1436 AH corresponding
to 192015/06/ CE when we called you saying: “This is the penultimate call we direct
to you, seeking your support, so join those who have preceded you in supporting
us. We extend to you our hands, so grasp them and join the people of influence who
have already pledged their support to us, for the caravan is about to set off so join
the journey.
﴾ﺎًﺒﻳِﺮَﻗ َنﻮُﻜَﻳ ْنَأ َﴗَﻋ ْﻞُﻗ َﻮُﻫ ﻰَﺘَﻣ َنﻮُﻟﻮُﻘَﻳَو﴿
“They say, ‘When will that be?’ Say, ‘Perhaps it is near’” [Al-Israa’: 51].
We on our part are at ease with the support of Allah and His promise.
﴾ُﻢﻴِﺣﱠﺮﻟا ُﺰﻳِﺰَﻌْﻟا َﻮُﻫَو ُءﺎَﺸَﻳ ْﻦَﻣ ُُﴫْﻨَﻳ ِﻪﱠﻠﻟا ِْﴫَﻨِﺑ * َنﻮُﻨِﻣْﺆُﻤْﻟا ُحَﺮْﻔَﻳ ٍﺬِﺌَﻣْﻮَﻳَو﴿
“That day the believers will rejoice, in the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom
He wills. He is the Mighty, the Merciful” [Al-Rum: 45-].
O Allah, let this call of ours reach the Muslims and to the best of the Muslim armies...
O Allah, open the breasts of the Muslims towards establishing the Khilafah and to
give Nusrah to Hizb ut Tahrir...
O Allah, verily Bait ul-Maqdis and the people of the Blessed Land seek refuge in
your protection...
O Allah, grant us a helper from You and aid us with the best of your Awliyaa’ and
soldiers and purify Masjid Al-Aqsa from the impurity of the Jews...
O Allah, we ask you for Ansaar (supporters and helpers) like the Ansaar and a
Khalifah like the rightly guided and a Mu’tasim, Salaah ud-Deen and Faatih...
O Allah, let us attain the companionship of Your Messenger and make us from the
best of Your servants and Your Awliyaa’ whom You have chosen to establish Your
Deen upon the earth.
And All Praise is to Allah the Lord of the Worlds.
